Return and Refund Policy............
If THERE IS DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP, simply notify us within 10 days of the purchase date to receive credit towards any other item or refund for purchase price. Please notify us, by email to receive a return authorization number. Overnight shipping is non-refundable. Items must be returned in original condition for full refund. If the product is defective, Crystal Persuasions will replace the item and pay for all USPS shipping.
