Q. What does the little star with Top Service mean?
A. Nearly all Yahoo! Stores have good customer satisfaction ratings, but those with a star are the BEST OF THE BEST, with at least 95% positive ratings.

Q: Do you make custom logos or custom pins?
A: YES! We truly enjoy the process of working with you to design your custom logo or pin. We will be happy to provide you with a time and cost estimate for any project quantity of 12 and over. It's best if you contact us by phone to discuss your custom order if it needs clarification. For those of you who wish to reproduce an item, we may need permission if it is copyrighted. We hope you understand that we will do everything to meet your requirement and deliver a product that meets your approval. Unfortunately custom orders or any item that is ordered "customized" MAY NOT be returned. In the 20 years we have been in business, we have rarely (only once) had a customized order not meet with the customer's satisfaction. If we think that your design won't work in crystal, we will make another recommendation.

Q: How safe is it to shop here?
A: We have a very secure site through Yahoo - one of the most secure sites on the Internet. BUT if you feel more comfortable not using e-mail to submit your credit card, you may call 425-398-7204 - 9am-5pm Pacific time. We want to make it easy for you to do business with us and will gladly accommodate your needs. WE WILL NEVER SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH AN ATTACHMENT - UNLESS WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED IT FIRST. OCCASIONAL SPECIAL EMAILS FROM CrystalPersuasions.Com ARE SAFE TO OPEN.

Q: Can we use the "FREE" E-Mail addresses when placing an order?
A: Yes, 24 hours a day. Be sure we can contact you if we have a question so that we can expedite your order. We want to provide you with the best customer service.

Q. What should we do with damaged items?
A: Orders received by the customer damaged in any way, should be reported at once to the delivering carrier. In general the delivering carrier will pay you for your loss. Then contact us for further instructions. We will reship duplicate (in stock) item(s), if instructed to do so but that cost will be your responsibility. We will work with you to resolve any issue of concern.

Q. What if my items are defective?
A: Please contact us immediately for items that arrive undamaged by the carrier but are defective in some other way. We will make it right! Please contact us for an authorization number so we can expedite your return. You will NEED an authorization number to return your item.
